At JMSStitchandprint.co.uk, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your goods, you can return your purchase at any time within 14 days of delivery as long as it hasn't been personalised with initials, numbers etc.

Returned orders must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. There is no need to phone us if you would like to make a return, simply follow the steps below:

1. Download our Returns Form (.pdf) and fill it in.
   
   
2. Address the parcel to: JMS Stitch and Print, 22 Monmouth Place, Bath, BA1 2AY
   
3. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. In order to insure your goods, we recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to JMSSitchandprint.co.uk at your own risk and at your own expense.
   
   
4. Once we are happy with the condition of the returned goods, you will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 30 days after you post the goods back to us. Please, note - delivery charges will not be refunded.
