UK Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £75. Other UK mainland deliveries are charged at £3.50 per order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable

UK Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver your orders as swiftly as possibly. Generally, all stocked items should be with you within 7 working days and if we do have stock shortages, we will let you know that there may be a possible delay.

International Delivery Information
For all orders from mainland Europe, delivery is charged at £20 per order. Any other international deliveries are charged at £25 per order. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable. We do aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, all overseas orders (including those to mainland Europe) will take a little longer.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. And even if we do aim at getting your order to you as speedily as possible, there may sometimes be delays due to stock levels or due to events out of our control. But whatever happens, please rest assured that we will do our best.
